Baby Room

Age - 3 months to 2 years.

The baby room can take up to 15 children and works on a ratio of 1:3. It is a bright, colourful room that is safe and stimulating to their senses. A variety of activities are offered to aid the development of your child, working closely with the Birth to three framework and parents, to provide the best possible start.

Tweenies

Age - 2 to 3 years.

The Tweenie room can take up to 16 children and works on a ratio of 1:4. Bright and colourful this room provides lively and imaginative opportunities through play to inspire the inquisitive mind, whilst working closely with the Birth to three framework and parents.

Pre-School

Age - 3+ years.

This room can take up to 16 children and works on a ratio of 1:8. At this stage in your child’s development they follow the foundation stage using plentiful resources for your child to explore, develop and investigate. In turn this will extend their knowledge and refine skills ready for school

At Kids Co each individual child’s needs are met through our key worker system and working in partnership with parents/carers.

Outside Play

There is a dedicated purpose built play area at the back of the building and conforms to safety requirements with fencing and sponge coverage. The childrens nursery also has use of the school field adjoining this.

Nutrition

At Kids Co childrens nursery we aim to provide the best that we can to promote healthy eating for your children. A variety of snacks are offered to promote making choices and these include cheese, cucumber, tomatoes, carrots and many types of fruit. At lunch hot meals are provided by Mainline Caterers who have been established since 1998 and have a four week rolling menu that is nutritionally balanced (menus available on request). We, together with Mainline Caterers will endeavour to do our best to meet all cultural and dietary requirements needed.
